Retail Ammunition purchases will be shipped via UPS or Fed EX ground.

To track the status of your shipment, please refer to your tracking number. If your package indicates successful delivery but you have not received it, please reach out to us, and we will assist you.

 

Oftentimes orders are processed and shipped the same day depending on the time the order is placed and the volume of orders for that day. In any case, orders are processed within 1-2 business days

All ammunition orders are FINAL, this is a key component for Nautilus Ammunition to ship lightning fast.

Due to the ever-changing regulations of each state within our great UNITED STATES, there are guidelines and occasionally restrictions we must follow to be compliant with local, state, and federal law.

All customers must confirm they are 21 Years of Age or older upon checkout to complete their purchase.

We DO NOT ship Ammunition to P.O. Box addresses (per Federal Law).

We DO NOT ship internationally.

Please keep in mind laws change often from state to state and we strive diligently to stay current on all laws to maintain compliance; however, it is the customer's responsibility to know the gun/ammunition laws of your state. If it is illegal for you to have ammunition shipped to your state or municipality, please do not place an order.

• Alabama: No known ammunition restrictions.
• Alaska: We DO NOT ship ammunition to Alaska.
• Arizona: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Arkansas: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• California: We DO NOT ship ammunition to California.
• Colorado: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Connecticut: We ship ammunition to Connecticut once the following conditions are met: 
  • Provide a valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver issued under CT law, or a valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver issued under CT law, or a valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver issued under CT law or a valid long gun eligibility certificate issued under CT law; or a valid ammunition certificate issued under CT law.
  • The buyer must provide a valid, non-expired driver's license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Please note, military IDs are not permissible.
  • Additionally, we cannot ship magazines with capacities of more than 10 rounds to Connecticut.
  • Connecticut law does not allow us to drop ship ammunition.
• Delaware: No specific ammunition restrictions. We cannot ship magazines with capacities of 17 or more rounds to Delaware.
• District of Columbia: We DO NOT ship ammunition or projectiles to D.C.
• Florida: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Georgia: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Hawaii: We DO NOT ship ammunition to Hawaii.
• Idaho: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Illinois: A valid FOID card and state-issued license/ID are required for ammunition purchases. Additionally, we cannot ship to the following municipalities within Illinois:
  • Chicago, Chicago Heights, Cicero, Evanston, Norridge, Schaumburg, Thornton
  • We don’t ship magazines to the state of Illinois.
• Indiana: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Iowa: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Kansas: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Kentucky: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Louisiana: No specific ammunition restrictions.

    • Copy of their firearms purchaser identification card OR a valid copy of their permit to purchase a handgun.
    • Valid copy of their permit to carry a handgun.
    • Additionally, we cannot ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to New Jersey. 
• New Mexico: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• New York: We DO NOT ship ammunition to New York.
• North Carolina: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• North Dakota: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Ohio: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Oklahoma: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Oregon: No specific ammunition restrictions. Additionally, we cannot ship magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds.
• Pennsylvania: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Rhode Island: We ship ammunition to Rhode Island once the following conditions are met:
  
• • Customers must provide a valid Driver’s License or State ID and possess a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate ("Blue Card"), hunter education course card, or permit to carry a pistol or revolver. 
    
  • Additionally, we are unable to ship magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Rhode Island.
    
• South Carolina: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• South Dakota: No specific ammunition restrictions.
• Tennessee: No specific ammunition restrictions.

• Utah: No specific ammunition restrictions.
