NAUTILUS AMMUNITION REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY: At Nautilus Ammunition, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our customers at all times and will consider most returns. Sale items are final, however, shipping damage should be communicated. 

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our office right away. It is imperative that you notify us within 10 days of placing your order. Keep all packing material and the original box.

We recommend taking pictures to help with addressing improper handling by shipping companies however, this is not mandatory. 

By informing us of any damaged or defective items within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or a complimentary replacement of the faulty product (please note that our warehouse team will inspect the returned product to verify its condition, and our office reserves the right to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion).

We prioritize fairness and aim to ensure that every customer is looked after properly. Should any concerns arise, please inform us, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Nautilus Ammunition recognizes the critical importance of prompt order fulfillment and strives for expedited shipping. Please note that all orders are final once placed, as we aim to ship all orders received before 3 pm CT on the same day.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A transaction number will be sent to the email on file from the bank. This process is not controlled by Nautilus Directly but is handle between our financial instiution and yours however, it typically takes 3-5 days for them to finalize. 

Late or missing refunds

We recommend that you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as sometimes there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. AFTER ALL IF WE ARE HONEST, they are banks and can be frustrating. 

If you havent received a refund with in 3-5 days of our email, please contact us at customerservice@nautilusammunition.com and we will promptly engage the fanancial instutions on your behalf. 

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@nautilusammunition.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
