NAUTILUS AMMUNITION REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Nautilus Ammunition, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our customers at all times. While we aim for perfection, there are rare instances when our products may arrive damaged or defective. We understand the importance of addressing these issues promptly, and we are dedicated to assisting you in such situations. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our office right away. It is imperative that you notify us within 10 days of placing your order. By informing us of any damaged or defective items within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund, a complete store credit, or a complimentary replacement of the faulty product (please note that our warehouse team will inspect the returned product to verify its condition, and our office reserves the right to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion). We prioritize fairness and aim to ensure that every customer is looked after properly. Should any concerns arise, please inform us, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
